Very early last spring I planted a big pot of Swiss Chard which the cabbage worms devoured!  Late summer I planted another crop which I harvested for dinner last night. It was soooo good with some olive oil, onions, garlic, red wine, a can of petite diced tomatoes and Penzey's Tuscan Sunset seasoning over whole wheat pasta. Something this good can't possibly be so healthy!

I think we'll do this again.
